One could not help but notice the hordes of electric-colored jackets illuminating the tents at Paris fashion week. Swap your cashmere cape for the jade Jil Sander parka. For the color-shy, try a white bright bouclé coat from Carven to throw over your usual jeans and sweater. Now, that’s chic and practical.
